Candidate Requirements for CAP Exams at INFORMS Conferences

Taking a CAP exam at the INFORMS Annual Meeting or Analytics+ Conference is available but also does include some additional demands of the test taker in creating an acceptable test environment. It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure they and their computer meet the requirements listed below. Proctors observe exams to look for evidence of potential security risks and cheating. Those who do not prepare for their exam appointment may experience extensive pre-exam pre-checks delaying the start of their exam, or the inability to access their exam. Failure to follow the instructions may result in being unable to launch or complete the exam and result in forfeiture of exam attempt and exam fees.
